Ai Agents and how to implement them
In this two-hour training session, participants learn how to use artificial intelligence and AI agents to support their daily work. The training includes identifying practical use cases from participants’ everyday tasks and collaboratively building an AI agent.
The training can also be delivered as an AI Agent Day, where, following the training session, participants receive one-on-one guidance in creating AI agents tailored to their individual work and business needs.
Secure Use of AI
Artificial intelligence is already part of your organization’s daily operations—but are you managing the associated risks? Company leadership is ultimately responsible for defining how and where AI is used within the organization.
Ai4Value’s Secure Use of AI training is designed for executive teams and senior management. This expert-led, two-hour training combines practical guidance with real-world examples. The topics are explored through interactive discussion, focusing on the participants’ own business environment and challenges.
The training covers:
- The key risks associated with AI and how to manage them
- Management policies and governance required for the responsible use of AI
- Assessing AI-related risks across different business functions
AI 1000 training of Ai Finland
The aim of the programme is to create 1000 ambitious, growth-generating AI projects in Finland during the year by training the top management of a thousand companies to understand the business opportunities of AI. The entity is led and facilitated by AI Finland.
The training consists of three parts:
- Part 1: Understanding – online Training 2h
- Ideas (homework)
- Part 2:Practice – Onsite Workshop 4h
AI Finland’s AI 1000 training value proposition: In the 2+4 hour training, the company management comes up with 1-2 radical business ideas that enable growth and are implemented with AI.
